Once you have made your purchase, we recommend that you check your email inbox to verify the confirmation email.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Please note that our mail order preparation process usually takes between 2 to 10 days. Shipments are tracked and signed for, and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your shipment is processed. Our prints and artwork are shipped carefully protected in secure packaging.
Shipping costs are covered by us. However, on international orders, it is important to note that customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. This is completely out of our control and you will be responsible for paying any customs fees applied to your package.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All of our artwork is considered final sales. No returns are accepted once the product has been shipped.
In case you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us by email at kristenwicce.art@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
We recommend that you unwrap the package carefully to avoid damaging the artwork. Since we ship all of our products with tracking information, if an item is misplaced, we will proceed with a refund at no additional cost. However, if an item is listed as "Delivered" by the Postal Service, we will not be responsible for replacing it or providing a refund. Make sure your local postal carrier is aware of how to handle your delivered packages if you are unable to supervise items left at your door, hallway or office.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. To receive Kristen Wicce's mailing address you may do so by sending an email to kristenwicce.art@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of return received.
